1. I found a dress I like but I can’t find it in my size?

At DressDivine.com.au we are continuously getting new stock every week direct from the United States. We try and source as many of the same dress in different sizes but we often just have the dress in one size. As we are always getting new stock in, it is worth regularly checking the site for new stock or to see if we get the dress in, in your size.


2. I found a dress I really like but when I returned to purchase it, it has already been sold. Can I still buy it?

We often just have one dress in a particular style – so if you really like it make sure you buy it! As it may be sold next time you return to the site.


3. Are your items authentic?

Yes! All clothing that we sell at DressDivine.com.au comes from major US retailers like Bloomingdales, Macy’s and Saks Fifth Avenue. We also sell a range of accessories under our own label. Our purchasers are dedicated to bringing you the best brands at the best prices.


4. Your prices are always discounted from the RRP can I trust that they are high quality?

DressDivine.com.au offers classic and designer US labels that have previously been for sale at major US department stores and design houses. We buy in bulk and pass the saving onto to you. All our products have been checked by us for any flaws in the products such as loose threads or missing embellishments. If we find anything minor imperfections we detail the imperfections and sell the item at an even greater discount in our Seconds section. This way you can be assured that the items you purchase are of the highest quality. We have high and exacting standards at DressDivine.com.au and we personally check that every item meets our standards for style and quality before we sell it.


5. The tags on the item has been cut or marked, why is this?

On many of the items we sell the tag has either been cut or a pen cross has been placed on the tag. This is to prevent returns to the department or designer store where the item was originally for sale. Instead, returns can be made directly to us.


6. Why is the size on the dress different from the Australian size?

As our products were originally destined for the US market, all the sizes on our items are in US sizes. To convert a US size to an Australian size you just add 4 to the number. We sell all our products based on their equivalent Australian size. This means if you purchase an Australian size 10, the item you purchased will have a size 6 on the item. You can check our size chart here. If you are between sizes, we always recommended on selecting the larger of the two, to reduce the chances of something not fitting perfectly.


7. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over 100 AUD. If you would like your package sent express, you may select this option at the checkout. To make sure that you get your item you will need to sign for it on arrival. We also offer local pick-up from our Brisbane city location.


8. When and where can I pick-up my order?

Pick up will be from one of our Brisbane city locations. Usual service pick-up hours will be Monday to Friday, 7:00AM-8.00AM and 5.30PM-7.00PM. Saturday and Sunday collection is available upon agreement with the customer via our contact form. Exact details will be emailed to you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Please note that his location is only for order pick-up. No payment or returns will be accepted at this location.


9. How can I return my purchase?

At DressDivine.com.au we want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. We understand that when purchasing clothing online it may not always fit quite right. We offer money back returns or store credit and a 10 percent discount voucher for your next purchase – the choice is yours. Just make sure that you return the item within 30 days. We only accept return items that come in their original packaging, tags in place and shown no signs of use (perfume, smoke, sweat or other signs of being worn). An exception is for swimwear, hair accessories and earrings where we do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. To see a full statement of our returns policy click here.
